Connor was playing a little too rough with Declan's spinning wheel that is suction cupped to the counter. He came into the living room and said, "I'm sorry I broke Declan's toy."

I really just thought he probably got it detatched from the counter, but he was right...he broke it.

Even with a metal rod going through the middle, it still snapped.

I told him I was disappointed that he played so rough with a toy that was for babies...not big boys. I then suggested that he get money out of his piggy bank to buy Declan a new toy to replace the one that Santa brought for him.

Connor: "No, Mom. Then I won't have enough money for college!"

Yep...start saving now, kiddo!

C: Mom, turn Declan around so I can see his eyes.
(D is sitting on the floor playing with a ball and some big Lego vehicles facing the fireplace.)
Me: Why do you want me to turn him?
C: I want to see his eyes because he is so cute.

Best big brother.

We have a busy busy day today.

Connor has his kindergarten assessment (because his birthday is so late) at 8:30 at the elementary school. Then I'll take him to school at the YMCA today.

I have a ton of work to do (what else is new).

Declan has a doctor's appointment at 4:15.

I have Connor's conference with his preschool teacher at 5:15.

I also have some really cute pictures I need to get off my camera. I'm sorry I've been neglecting this blog...it is because the other blog is crazy busy!
